Your responsibilities :
💥 You use your go for it mindset to develop your pipeline and you drive prospects through the sales funnel
💥 You use your tailor made speech skills to open doors, to pitch huapii to potential customers and to close up the deals. You are quality and not uniquely quantity driven
💥 You are an ambassador of huapii. You firmly believe in its values to change HR’s position, allowing them to become strategic business partners and convince them to do so.
💥 You are in charge to set up partnerships and ensure a scalable and strategic approach
💥 You identify the customer’s needs and partner up with the customer success team to drive deals at all stages of the customer journey. ( identify and drive upselling of the solution )
💥 You follow sales processes, use sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.) to document sales activities and suggest/share improvements. You are also accountable for the invoicing part though you’ll barely feel it as it is a small part of the job.
Your skills :
✅ You have a previous direct sales experience B2B preferably within a SAAS context
✅ A knowledge of the HR field ( talent management, change conduct, performance management,…) and HR connections is a strong plus
✅ You are curious and keep up with HR technologies
✅ You are fluent in English and Dutch or French is a plus
✅ You are a true sales hunter with a go for it mindset
✅ You are able to setup a scalable sales framework to ensure a futureproof approach
✅ You have experience with working with partners
✅ You master all the inherent skills of a commercial position such as excellent both verbal and written communication skills, being a natural speaker and not being afraid to engage with potential customers,…
